Tyler leads Talent and is responsible for helping to build the company’s hiring strategy, recruiting systems, and talent infrastructure.
Tyler King has spent more than 15 years building teams and talent functions in complex, high-growth environments. His background spans both government and private sector work, including recruiting leadership on Department of State contracts supporting critical security efforts and building talent functions inside fast-scaling technology companies.
Before joining Armadin, Tyler was the first talent hire at Chronicle, where he helped scale hiring across the business during a key stage of company growth. He later joined Stairwell as the company’s first non-founder employee, where he built the talent and culture function from the ground up. Across his career, Tyler has worked across technical recruiting, executive hiring, people operations, and broader organizational infrastructure.
At Armadin, Tyler leads Talent and is responsible for helping to build the company’s hiring strategy, recruiting systems, and talent infrastructure. He is focused on bringing exceptional people into the business and helping Armadin scale with the discipline, urgency, and ambition required to create a category-defining company.
