As a strategic business operations leader with more than 25 years of experience, Barbara Massa focuses on scaling high-growth companies and overseeing technology, people, and process solutions that significantly boost organizational efficiency and operational velocity.
Barbara brings an exceptional ability to attract and recruit top-level talent, along with extensive expertise in the enterprise software and cybersecurity industry. Her role at Armadin leverages a strong track record of working in pre-IPO startup environments designed to scale quickly. She combines that experience with decades of advising a wide range of business leaders, including many from Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Armadin, Barbara served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner at NightDragon. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at FireEye/Mandiant, where she was instrumental in rapidly scaling the company from a hundreds-strong team to a global workforce of thousands. Barbara has also served in a variety of executive roles at McAfee, Inc. and EMC.
