Greg Heon

Greg is responsible for Armadin’s product portfolio and building an elite product management organization.

Greg Heon holds a PhD in Risk Analysis from Stanford University, which he earned at the age of 24. His doctoral thesis examined how to control tempo and use time to your advantage in real-life competitive games. Prior to joining Armadin, Greg worked at Expanse (previously named Qadium), where he helped create the attack surface management category before the company was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2020 for $1.2 billion.

During his nine-year tenure as part of that team, he held a variety of technical roles. As Head of Special Projects, Greg invented the Behavior product, created the capability for Expanse to discover unknown cloud assets for its customers, and oversaw the first AI in production effort. Greg became a product manager in 2019, and was leading the product management function for Expanse by 2022. In 2024, Greg’s role expanded to oversee Palo Alto Network’s vulnerability management offerings. As part of the executive leadership team at Armadin, Greg leads the effort to productize the world-class technology that underlies our attacker while growing the product management organization. He is thrilled to be a part of a team that is so focused on securing its customers’ environments.
