Frank serves as Chief Financial Officer of Armadin, where he oversees the organization’s financial strategy, capital allocation, operations and long-term growth planning.
Frank brings more than 30 years of experience working with multiple technology companies and a public accounting firm. Frank most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Mandiant until the company was purchased by Google Cloud for over $5 billion. Throughout his career, Frank has built a reputation for scaling the people, systems and processes to support sustained growth.
