Welcome to the Armadin website and its related domains and subdomains (collectively, the "Website"), which are owned and operated by Armadin, Inc. ("Armadin," "we," "our," or "us").

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

The Website also provides access to Armadin's Trust Center, which serves as the central repository for information regarding Armadin's security, privacy and compliance program. The Trust Center includes, among other things, Armadin's Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Cookie Preference Center, Responsible Disclosure Policy, Customer Data Processing Addendum, End User License Agreement, Subprocessor List and other trust and compliance documentation that may be updated from time to time. Each of those documents governs the specific subject matter to which it relates.

Access to and use of Armadin's cybersecurity platform, software and Services are governed by the applicable End User License Agreement, Master Services Agreement or other written agreement entered into with Armadin. In the event of any inconsistency between those agreements and these Terms, the applicable customer agreement will prevail with respect to the relevant Services.

The Website may contain information regarding planned functionality, future products or anticipated developments. Such information is provided solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute a commitment by Armadin to deliver any particular feature, functionality or service.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and all content made available through it, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, documentation, demonstrations, videos, white papers, reports, images, designs, methodologies, research, audiovisual content and other materials (collectively, the "Website Content"), are owned by or licensed to Armadin and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Armadin grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and, where expressly made available for download, to download or print Website Content made available for that purpose, solely for your own lawful internal business and informational purposes.

Any comments, suggestions, ideas, recommendations or other feedback that you voluntarily provide regarding the Website, Armadin or its products or Services ("Feedback") may be used by Armadin without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

You represent that you have the right to provide any Feedback you submit and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Armadin's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Armadin may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Armadin's prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
